Summary
Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a portion of the alcohol fuels credit to offset the tentative minimum tax. Allows an alcohol fuels credit for bio-additives (liquids derived from biological sources) used to produce diesel fuel. Excludes from gross income the alcohol fuel credit attributable to bio-additives and certain ethanol-based ethers.
