Summary
Contract Disputes Act Amendments of 1987 - Amends the Contract Disputes Act of 1978 to require the selection of members of agency boards of contract appeals pursuant to the civil service competitive examination process. Requires that such examination be designed to demonstrate the applicant's public contract law experience and that a separate register be maintained for eligible candidates. Subjects board members to the same adverse action provisions as administrative law judges.
