Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to cooperate with any State or political subdivision, on lands which are part of any national park system or area, in the enforcement or supervision of the laws or ordinances of a State or subdivision. States that such operation may include the reimbursement for expenditures incurred in connection with activities on such lands and waters. Provides that this Act shall not deprive any State or political subdivision of any right which it has to excercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within or on lands and waters which are a part of the national park system or miscellaneous areas administered in connection therewith. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
