Summary
International Trade Commission Act - Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to set forth procedures to be followed with respect to a divided vote by the International Trade Commission on import relief. Increases to seven the number of commissioners. Declares ineligible for re-appointment commissioners who have served for four years (formerly five years). Redesignates the dates at which the terms of commissioners shall expire. Reduces the term of office for a commissioner to seven years. Alters the means by which the chairman of the Commission is chosen. Reduces the term of office of the chairman to 12 months. Continues in office until June 16, 1977, the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Commission holding office upon enactment of this Act.
