Summary
Terminates the authorization of the Meramec Park Lake flood control project, Missouri. Directs the Secretary of the Army, through the Chief of Engineers, to: (1) take no action to dispose of works or lands; (2) maintain project lands and structures pending further disposition by Congress; (3) investigate what manner of disposition and future utilization of the lands and structures best serves the public interest; and (4) report the results of such investigation to Congress. Authorizes the use of the funds from the deauthorized project to carry out the provisions of this Act.
