Summary

Directs the Secretary of Commerce to continue the statistical classification of farms which was in effect on January 1, 1975, until June 30, 1976. Terminates the duty of the Secretary of Commerce to take agricultural censuses every five years and directs the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service within the Department of Agriculture to collect comparable information using sampling methods. Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture, when sampling methods would be inappropriate, to use other statistical methods to collect information relating to the classification of farms. (Amends 13 U.S.C. 142)
