Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a feasibility/suitability study of the Crow Creek Village archeological site, Buffalo County, South Dakota, as a unit of the national park system. Directs the Secretary to submit such study to the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and to the House of Representatives Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs, within two years from the date of enactment of this Act. Directs the Secretary of the Army to take any action necessary to preserve and protect such site from any adverse impact and to refrain from any activities having a potentially adverse impact on such site until two years from the date of submission of the Secretary's study.
