Small Business Public Contracts for Materials Equal Opportunity Act - Amends the Walsh-Healy Public Contracts Act to raise from $10,000 to $50,000 the dollar amount of public contracts for materials which must contain assurances that the contractor follow: (1) minimum wage standards; (2) the eight-hour day and 40 hour work week; (3) child labor standards; and (4) safety, sanitary and factory inspection laws.
