Summary
Small Business Public Contracts for Labor Equal Opportunity Act - Amends the Davis-Bacon Act to raise from $2,000 to $50,000 the dollar amount of public contracts which must contain the following stipulations: (1) the contractor will follow minimum wage standards; (2) the contractor's employees will be paid weekly; and (3) the United States retains the right to withhold accrued payments in order to correct sub-standard wages paid to the contractor's employees.
