Summary
America COMPETES Reauthorization Act of 2010 or America Creating Opportunities to Meaningfully Promote Excellence in Technology, Education, and Science Reauthorization Act of 2010 - Establishes, revises, and extends specified science, technology, education, and mathematics (STEM) programs, as well as engineering, research, and training programs, and establishes a green chemistry basic research program and a green manufacturing and construction initiative. Authorizes appropriations for FY2011- FY2013 for: (1) the National Science Foundation (NSF); and (2) the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
