Ending DHS Funding for Liberal Propaganda Act This bill prohibits the Department of Homeland Security from issuing grant funding to any entity that will use the funds to develop any programming that engages in partisan political advocacy or promotes discrimination on the basis of political affiliation, or relating to countering narratives or views on political topics.
