Preparing And Retaining All (PARA) Educators Act This bill directs the Department of Education to make allotments to state educational agencies to assist states, local educational agencies, and educational service agencies in recruiting and retaining paraprofessionals in public elementary schools, secondary schools, and preschool programs.
