Summary

Stipulates that no farmer or rancher, who received livestock feed under the emergency livestock feed program of the Agricultural Act of 1949, in connection with a natural disaster which occurred in 1975, shall be charged any amount greater than that charged other farmers or ranchers if such individual was led to believe, by personnel carrying out such program, that because of emergency conditions, he was eligible to receive feed at a price less than the current market price.
