Summary
Allowing All to Serve Act This bill establishes a program to recruit up to 10,000 aliens who have relevant medical training and are lawfully present in the United States to provide health care services in federal facilities during the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) public health emergency. The facilities are those owned or managed by the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
