Summary
Fuel Choice and Deregulation Act of 2018 This bill revises requirements governing the use of alternative fuels in vehicles, including to allow certain aftermarket conversions of motor vehicles to alternative fuel operation without certification, ban the Environmental Protection Agency from prohibiting or controlling biomass fuel, and revise the Corporate Average Fuel Economy standards with respect to fuel choice enabling vehicles.
