Summary
Youth Resource Corps Act - Establishes a Youth Resource Corps in the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture to consist of persons age 16 through 24. Specifies the authority and duties of the Secretaries of the Interior and of Agriculture with respect to the Corps, including utilization of corps members in connection with certain public service construction and conservation activities. Directs the Secretaries to (1) contract with local educational agencies and nonprofit educational institutions to conduct joint work-study programs for persons eligible for the corps and (2) establish a grant program to assist States in meeting the cost of conservation projects carried out by young persons on non-Federal lands and waters.
