This bill requires the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to (1) provide offsets against Louisiana's cost-share obligations under the Greater New Orleans Hurricane and Storm Damage Risk Reduction System for certain work performed by Louisiana; and (2) determine whether the flood control project for the Red River below Denison Dam should incorporate the Cherokee Park Levee in Caddo Parish, Louisiana.
