Air Travel Delay Awareness Act of 2006 - Amends federal transportation law to require air carriers, foreign air carriers, or intrastate air carriers that provide air transportation or intrastate air transportation to passengers to provide flight delay information to the public not later than 10 minutes after such information is available.
