Summary
Redefines the terms "widow" and "widower" for the purpose of survivors annuities paid to Federal employees. Allows the treatment as a widow or widower of one who was married to the Federal employee for a period of less than two years immediately prior to the employee's death if prior periods of marriage accumlate a period of two years. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 8341(a) (1)(A))
