Summary

Provides that a Federal employee or former Federal employee who was separated before August 28, 1955 and entered service with an international organization within one hundred and twenty days after the separation and who thereafter served continuously with an international organization and returns to duty as an employee within one year after separation from such an international organization; is, for purposes of civil service retirement deemed to have been in a leave of absence without pay for not to exceed six years while so serving with an international organization, and allowed credit for a period not to exceed six months in the aggregate in a calendar year for each year so deemed to be on leave without pay.
