Summary

Provides that persons providing medical services, under the Medicare provisions of the Social Security Act, to persons who subsequently die, need not accept payment from the Social Security Administration for such services as full payment (as is required presently), but may bill the estate of such deceased person for any remaining charges above the reasonable charges for such services. (Amends 42 U.S.C. 1395 gg)
