Summary
Voter Suppression, Ballot Hacking, and Election Fraud Prevention Act - Amends the federal criminal code to prohibit interference with or attempts to affect an election of a presidential or congressional candidate or ballot initiative by tampering with a voting system, discarding ballots, or altering a vote. Imposes a fine and/or prison term of up to 20 years for violations. Allows individuals whose right to vote is interfered with due to violations of this Act to bring a civil action in federal court and recover damages up to $10,000.
