Summary
Keep Buying American Act of 2019 This bill requires agencies to publish and submit to Congress specified reports regarding government preferences for using domestic materials. The bill applies to reports under Executive Order 13788, entitled Buy American and Hire American , which are currently submitted to the Department of Commerce and the Office of Management and Budget, and reports under Executive Order 13858, entitled Strengthening Buy-American Preferences for Infrastructure Projects , which are currently submitted to the President or the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy. Previously submitted reports under Buy American and Hire American must also be published.
