Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Interior, through the Water and Power Resources Service, to study the feasibility of Federal development of the water and land resources of the I'Santi unit of the James Division of the Pick-Sloan Missouri River basin located on the Flandreau Santee Sioux Indian Reservation, South Dakota. Specifies that the irrigation potential of such lands and the rural-domestic water supply system to certain Tribe members be considered in such study. Directs the Secretary to submit a report on such study to Congress by September 30, 1984. Authorizes appropriations for fiscal years 1982 through 1984 to carry out the provisions of this Act.
