Summary

Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Museum Artifacts Act This bill authorizes the Department of the Interior to provide grants and loan objects to the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Foundation to establish a presidential library. Specifically, Interior may provide grants to the foundation for establishing the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library in Medora, North Dakota, to provide materials and educational services to the public regarding the life of Theodore Roosevelt. The foundation must receive certain matching funds from North Dakota or other nonfederal sources before Interior may provide the grants. The bill prohibits the use of these grants for the maintenance or operations of the presidential library.
