Summary
Provides that, where the cost of road construction to a purchaser pursuant to a contract for the sale of national forest timber exceeds the amount of purchaser credits available under the contract for such road construction, the Secretary of Agriculture shall give the purchaser a credit equal to the excess cost of such road construction which shall be applicable to any future contract for the purchase of timber by the purchaser in the same national forest.
