Summary

Amends the Clayton Act (as amended by the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976) to define a "person" for purposes of premerger notification and waiting period requirements to include, in the case of a partnership, any general partner and any partner with an equity interest of 50 percent or more.
