Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation, upon application by the States of Maryland and Virginia and the District of Columbia, to make a grant for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge. Requires the Federal share of the project costs to be 100 percent. Authorizes to be appropriated, out of the Highway Trust Fund, a specified sum to carry out the provisions of this Act beginning in fiscal year 1982.
