Summary

Antitrust Merger Review Act - Amends provisions of the Clayton Act regarding premerger notification and waiting period to: (1) exempt certain transactions which require Federal agency approval under the Home Owners' Loan Act; and (2) set forth procedures by which the Federal Communications Commission shall consider an application for a transfer of license, or the acquisition and operation of lines, associated with an acquisition subject to such Act.
