Summary
New Parks Study Act of 1993 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to report to specified congressional committees on new area or park expansion studies for potential additions to the National Park System. Requires the National Park Service to: (1) maintain a single list in order of priority of potential additions (including major expansion proposals) to the System based on specified criteria including the imminence of threats to the resource or the nature of ongoing degradation and the extent to which similar resources are protected in the System or by any other entity; and (2) transmit the list to the Congress at the beginning of each Congress. Authorizes appropriations.
