Occupational Therapy Mental Health Parity Act This bill requires the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to conduct outreach on Medicare coverage of occupational therapy services to treat substance use or mental health disorders. The CMS must also issue guidance on the availability of such services under Medicaid.
