Summary

Helping Manufacturers Respond to COVID-19 Act of 2020 This bill authorizes the Department of Commerce to use amounts appropriated for the Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership program for FY2021 to provide more than 50% of the capital and annual operating and maintenance funds to establish and support a manufacturing extension center.
