Summary
National Gas Emergency Purchase Act - Exempts for 180 days with an additional 180 day extension, from the provisions of the National Gas Act the sale of natural gas not committed to interstate commerce to an interstate natural gas pipeline company which is curtailing deliveries pursuant to a curtailment plan on file with the Federal Power Commission, and which does not have sufficient supply of natural gas to meet the firm requirements of the ulimate consumers on such pipeline system exclusive of boiler fuel.
