Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to transmit to the Congress a national historic landmark theme study on American labor history which identifies the key sites and buildings as National Historic Landmarks, including those relating to the history of workers and their work organizing unions and strikes, the impacts of industrial and technological change, and the contributions of American labor to American history. Requires the Secretary to prepare a list discussing the feasibility of including such sites in the National Park System. Authorizes appropriations.
