Summary

Deems irrigable lands on the Glasgow or Malta divisions on the Milk River project in Montana owned by a single owner (to the extent that the acreage exceeds the equivalent of 130 acres of class one lands) to be excess lands as the term is used in the Federal reclamation laws. Prohibits water from being furnished to such excess lands by the Milk River project unless the owner's total holdings are less than 160 irrigable acres.
