Summary
Amends Federal bankruptcy law to require a trustee in bankruptcy in a chapter 11 case to timely perform all obligations of the debtor on unexpired leases for personal property (including leases for equipment) during the period between the filing of a bankruptcy petition and the time the executory contract or lease is assumed or rejected.
