Summary

States that an individual eligible for medical care under the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) who is also entitled to hospital insurance benefits under part A of Title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act by reason of being 65 years old or older shall not lose eligibility for veterans' medical care provided through the Department of Veterans Affairs.
