Summary

Amends Federal law to require each polling place in the continental United States to close at ten o'clock p.m. Eastern Standard Time with respect to presidential general elections. Permits earlier closing of a polling place at which each person who is eligible to vote has voted, as provided by the State law in which the polling place is located.
