Summary

Withdraws the extension of nondiscriminatory treatment (normal trade relations) from the products of the People's Republic of China (PRC). Allows the extension of such treatment to the products of that country, subsequently, only in accordance with the provisions of the Trade Act of 1974 as in effect with respect to such products on the day before the effective date of PRC accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). Deems the extension of waiver authority in effect before such date not to have expired, and to continue in effect until 90 days after enactment of this Act.
