Summary

Prohibits the Trade and Development Agency, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, the Export-Import Bank, and the Agency for International Development from providing economic support, including export assistance, subsidization, financing, financial assistance, or trade advocacy, to or for any foreign corporation or any U.S. subsidiary of such a corporation unless the head of such agency certifies to the Congress that such corporation has adopted and enforces a policy that prohibits the bribery of foreign public officials in connection with international business transactions of such corporation and its subsidiaries.
