Summary
Supplemental Foreign Assistance Authorization Act of 1987 - Authorizes additional appropriations for FY 1987 for: (1) earthquake relief, rehabilitation, and reconstruction in El Salvador; (2) military assistance programs; (3) the Economic Support Fund; (4) the Department of State for United States bilateral science and technology agreements; (5) the African Development Foundation; and (6) the Peace Corps. Repeals specified sections of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 dealing with: (1) reports and restrictions on aid to drug-producing countries; and (2) prosecution of those responsible for the torture and murder of a Drug Enforcement Administration officer in Mexico.
