Summary
Amends the Federal criminal code to make it a Federal offense to take from another by force, violence or intimidation certain airline tickets. Limits such offense to instances where the value of such tickets is not less then $5,000 or the number of tickets stolen is not less than 100. Provides for a fine of up to $5,000 and/or imprisonment for up to ten years.
