Summary
Federal Reports Authorship Disclosure Act - States that any document, film, or recording published or distributed by a Federal agency which consists of matter submitted to such agency pursuant to a contract between the agency and a person not a Federal employee or official shall include specified items including: (1) the name and address of the contributor; (2) the total amount to be paid under such contract to the principal contributors; and (3) the type of procurement which was used prior to the award of any such contract.
