Summary
Amends the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to revise the Gun-Free Schools Act of 1994 (GFSA). Extends GFSA coverage to: (1) possession of a weapon at a school (as well as bringing a weapon to a school); and (2) any setting under the control and supervision of the local educational agency (excluding a locked vehicle on school property in which a weapon is lawfully stored). Requires all modifications of expulsions to be put in writing. Requires reporting, not only of expulsions, but of: (1) all weapons incidents; (2) each modification of an expulsion; and (3) the level of education of the students expelled.
