Permits audits by the General Accounting Office of expenditures by intelligence agencies upon request of any committee of the Congress which has legislative jurisdiction over such agency or the appropriation of funds therefor. Lists the agencies included within the term "intelligence agency". Provides for the submission of a report of any such audit requested to the committee making such request.
