Summary
Personal Responsibility and Individual Development for Everyone Act (PRIDE Act) - Reauthorizes, revises, and extends the TANF program under part A (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)) of title IV of the Social Security Act (SSA) through FY 2010. Amends the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 to add to TANF a Responsible Fatherhood Program. Revises, authorizes, and extends the program for abstinence education under SSA title V (Maternal and Child Services Block Grant) through FY 2010. Amends SSA title IV part D (Child Support and Establishment of Paternity) to revise the rules for the distribution of collected child support. Extends the authority to approve child welfare services demonstration projects. Amends SSA: (1) title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) (SSI) to require the Commissioner of Social Security to review State agency blindness and disability determinations for SSI; and (2) title XIX (Medicaid) to continue the transitional medical assistance program (TMA).
