Summary
Exempts the landholdings of United States citizens and current permanent resident aliens within the Imperial Irrigation District of California from the acreage limitations of Federal reclamation laws. Requires specified successors in interest to such exempted land to pay interest annually on that part of the unpaid balance of the District's indebtedness for project costs which is allocable on a pro rata basis to such land.
