Summary

Amends the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to direct the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to maintain a facility to conduct biological testing of pesticides. Requires the Administrator to conduct tests at the facility to: (1) verify data submitted by pesticide registration applicants; and (2) test marketed pesticides to ensure compliance with FIFRA. Makes reregistration fees available to the Administrator to maintain such facility.
