A bill to amend section 109 of title 38, United States Code, to provide hospital and medical care to certain members of the armed forces of nations allied or associated with the United States in World War I or World War II.

Summary

Entitles to hospital and medical care any person who is a U.S. citizen for at least 10 years and who served: (1) during World I as a member of the military organization commonly known as General Joseph Haller's army; or (2) during World War II as a member of any armed force of the Government of Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Rumania or Yugoslavia, and participated while so serving in armed conflict with an enemy of the United States.
