A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to reduce from sixty to fifty-five the age at which a member of the Armed Forces may retire for nonregular service and to provide for such a reduction in the retired pay of such a member who retires before the age of sixty as may be necessary to avoid any additional cost to the United States.

Reduces the age at which a member of the armed forces may retire from nonregular service from 60 to 55. Requires the Secretary of Defense to reduce by regulation the retired pay of such persons solely to ensure that there is no cost to the Government because of such retirement.
